Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may not qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
